HARDINERA

Hardinera is a Filipino meatloaf that originated in the Quezon province of Luzon Island. It's made with ground or diced pork, eggs, and a variety of other ingredients, and is traditionally steamed in an oval-shaped tin called a llanera. Hardinera is also known as the Quezon meatloaf or the Lucban meatloaf.
